(UPDATED) Occupy Boston In Court, Attempting to Uphold Restraining Order

Update: The court has decided to uphold Occupy Boston’s restraining order until December 15th.

Today, Occupy Boston is in court attempting to keep its temporary restraining order against the City of Boston.  If granted, Occupy Boston would be able to remain in Dewey Square for the time being.  If denied, the encampment could – and, many source speculate, will – be shut down immediately by the Boston Police Department.
