Occupy Boston Event Highlights

Occupy The Hood Food Drive: This Thanksgiving, Occupy the Hood will be continuing their winter food drive, bringing food and staples to needy families across Boston.  Bring your canned goods to help support families in need. Drop off locations:
MAMLEO, 61 Columbia Rd. (corner of Columbia Rd. & Seaver St.) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
201 River St. Mattapan, MA, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The National Day of Mourning: The United American Indians of New England has formally invited Occupy Boston to attend the National Day of Mourning.  Please email the Indigenous Solidarity and Outreach Working Group at decolonizeboston@gmail.com if you need transportation.

SundayThe Media Strategy Summit  has a location! Join us this Sunday, Nov 27th from 2-5pm at E5 (33 Harrison Ave, 5th Floor.) We will deal with sourcing, crafting and implementing OB’s comprehensive media strategy will be held. Next Week: Occupy Boston is currently working with community groups and activists to organize a Unity Rally on December 3rd. From 10am to 1pm, organizations, interest groups, and communities all over the city will be hosting separate events to raise awareness about the issues that impact them the most. Then, at 1pm, all such groups will converge on Copley Square for the Unity Rally.  Email InfoTent@gmail.com for more info.
